I recruit marketing, communications and GTM talent. That’s all I do, and I’ve done it for more than 20 years.

Most firms treat these roles like any other req. I don’t. A CMO, a head of communications and a founding AE solve very different problems. I know how to assess each one. I know where the strong candidates are and what it takes to move them.

I call my approach Depth Hiring. Skills get a candidate to the table. Timing, curiosity and real investment in your business problem make them succeed. I find people at the right moment in their careers, for the right reasons.

I do my best work with founders making their first senior marketing or GTM hire, especially women founders and first-time CEOs. I help them define the role, set realistic expectations and hire with confidence. I also help growing companies upgrade their marketing teams to match the next stage of the business. When a leadership change needs discretion, I run the search confidentially.

My background shapes how I work. I built a marketing-focused recruiting practice and grew it through exit. I earned multi-year all-star recognition within LHH’s portfolio. I hold a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and an ICF ACC coaching credential. I assess for fit, motivation and leadership, not just résumé keywords.
