I’m Therese Otten, Founder of DataTech Recruitment, based in the Western Cape and working across South Africa’s tech market and helping international firms with SA Tech Talent.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in recruitment and business. I’ve seen hiring done well. I’ve seen it done in panic. I’ve seen what poor role scoping, rushed interviews and unrealistic salary expectations cost companies.
