About Tiberiu
I’m Tibi, founder of Uptalen, a tech staffing agency built to connect top-tier European developers with forward-thinking companies.
I’ve spent years in the tech world, so I understand both the technical side and the business side of hiring, what truly makes a developer great, not just qualified.
I don’t believe in endless CV spam or slow processes. I focus on precision, speed, and people who actually fit.
