Hi, I’m Chloe—founder and recruiter at KC Elite Staffing. I started this agency because I know what it feels like to be overlooked or underestimated, and I wanted to be the person who creates opportunities for people who just need someone to believe in them.
What makes me a great recruiter is that I don’t treat hiring like a numbers game. I care about matching the right people with the right roles—especially those who are reliable, eager to work, and just need a chance to prove themselves. I focus on light industrial, warehouse, and entry-level placements, and I make sure every candidate I present is someone I’d trust to show up and do the job right.
